Thematic underdevelopment notwithstanding, this is a fine display of veritable martial arts’ skills that passes the time extremely well.
Michelle YEOH is both excellent and believable as a fearless supercop whose balletic grace and willingness to do her own stunts puts her in a class of her own.
(The badly-dubbed version (Supercop) should be avoided as it is also shorter than the superior Project S.)
