Why Whites Invented Viagra
Like the original Piranha, this is nothing more than a Jaws rip-off - albeit without humor, style, suspense or any real sense of horror.
The only redeeming feature is the guest stars who add humor and human warmth to the proffered misogyny and erotophobia disguised as gleeful exploitation. The women on display are quite sexless in the same way that nudist beaches rarely produce sexual arousal despite what might, at first, be expected or in the way that Bay Watch made women seem lacking in moist orifices as Barbie dolls. Only a master like Russ Meyer could ever make large boobs funny, erotic and life-affirming. The humor is not a natural part of the plot and story and so is merely tacked-on to provide a hook for the film’s marketing campaign that is the film’s entire raison d’être.
White sexuality is so devoid of passion and warmth for political reasons. Because Whites have recessive genes, the only way to perpetuate White supremacy is to coerce Whites to breed only with other Whites. This leads to Whites having their sexual partners chosen for them by cultural pressures, rather than in the exercise of a free choice. These arrangements inevitably lead to sexual repression, sexual obsession and sexual frustration - as do cultural mores against homosexuality: Going though the motions of sex, in order to be accepted by other Whites, while secretly desiring alternatives that are not socially-accepted. And so here, as usual with White sexuality in White movies, sexual congress leads either to castration (symbolic or real) or death - or both.
This odd White fear-and-desire of women is on show to the extent that the sole Black girl here might just as well be White given that every cultural association with her skin color is vigorously scrubbed away (a human palimpsest) in presenting her as someone who claims she does not believe in sex before marriage, yet engages in sex anyway! (But, aren’t Whites the biggest sexual hypocrites because the most repressed?)
Needless to say, the characterization is completely flat allowing of no audience identification: So flat, one does not even fantasize about fucking the girls with the biggest tits. (The only real reason for ever wanting to watch a movie like this.)
