Amusing satire on US foreign policy with regard to the bull-in-a-china-shop, running-in-ever-decreasing-circles attitude enshrined in the oddly-named War on Terror.
Although not quite in the Dr Strangelove mould or quality it fully understands the White supremacism inherent in any attempt to use a sledgehammer to crack a nut (so-called Shock & Awe).
This film refuses to take itself seriously and so there is no reason for us to; making it a delight from start to finish despite the stock-comic stereotypes.
