Stabbing Each Other in the Back

Summary: Classy Female-Revenge Thriller.

White cynicism, fear & sense-of-entitlement writ large in one of this director’s more mature Hitchcock-style subjectivist thrillers - despite the somewhat-too-neat contrivances of the clever plot.

Here, the need for revenge is presented as a substitute for affection that such a need can never satisfy. As usual with Whites, the Personal is conflated with the Political with the result that neither kind of relationship is ever truly satisfied since here, quite literally, the central characters refuse to leave their personal problems outside the workplace. Lack of talent in Rachel McADAMS character does not prevent her from rising to the top by stealing the better business ideas of a subordinate; while claiming it is nothing Personal when it could not be anything else. Such confused and inappropriately-applied emotions lead one to the inevitable conclusion that such people have no really-satisfying home life; making this something of a critique of the professional successes and personal failures so common in Caucasian culture.

The Battling Bitches aspect of the drama is the most immediately appealing and compelling part of the drama - with the three female leads focusing our entire attention on their characters and their superb acting. Women are far more imaginative when it comes to the dish best served cold, and it would be hard to imagine such a satisfying drama if the antagonists were male.

In the end, the relationships that the emotionally-repressed engage in amount to no more than emotional blackmail; trying desperately to prize from the other person more than one already possesses in exchange for material success. All of the characters here are trapped in an internecine strife from which only the brave (or the foolhardy) can ever hope to escape, without first having something to escape to, without fear of losing their jobs, their friends or their families.

The Failure of the White Imagination

Summary: Bland space adventure.

Peculiar race war movie wherein humanity (ie, the c.20% possessing White skin) are in danger from the Nephilim race. No explanation is ever given as to what happened to the other 80% of humanity, nor do we ever get to understand the purpose of the war: Slavery, looting, ego-enhancement, etc?

Whites place themselves in the position of being the victims of a genocide; while not noticing the irony of them having already done this to other humans - in historical fact and, implicitly, in that this drama is so monocultural. (Scientifically, there is also in evidence the White supremacist delusion that the sperm of White geniuses will somehow produce more White geniuses.)

Ultimately, what kind of culture is being preserved here? Whites act as though they have no other reason to exist other than for the sake of existence; survival at all costs out of fear of death - rather than love of life. Why possess the virtues that make survival possible, yet not have the values that make survival worthwhile? A poser this movie could have addressed that would have at least made it intelligible.

Jay LAISNE does a reasonable impersonation of Harrison Ford as Han Solo. Despite being a decidedly-lackluster and self-regarding lover, he is amusing as the last homo sapien eligible for copulation with the remaining female “Class-A Breeders” necessary to populate Mars with human beings (the Earth having been destroyed).

The special effects are decent, but the story is as non-existent as the plot is derivative of Star Wars & Serenity. Poorly-written and weakly-characterized, this is a White teenage boy’s adventure that offers no substantive sense of who the creators are as people, nor who they think the audience might be - as people. As usual with Whites, there is only never-ending conflict here as a substitute for substantive drama - as if disharmony really were the only mental content of the White mind?

Can You Dig It?

Summary: Subtle Genre Homage.

Quite brilliant satire of Blaxploitation that sums up the genre perfectly without descending into mere parody.

This movie never puts a foot wrong in terms of photography, direction, poor camera-work, bad continuity and acting. Michael Jai WHITE, in particular, understands exactly what he is doing. The actor’s martial-arts skills perfectly combine Jim Kelly, Jim Brown & Fred Williamson into a stylish and physically-astute performance of a “righteous dude”. Everyone here is just as pitch-perfect.

The critique of the White supremacy of deliberately allowing the sale of illegal drugs to Blacks (& of Blacks acting White) is well-presented, with an especial focus on White men’s greatest personal fear: The Black Man’s penis and the latter’s concomitant appeal to homosexual men and heterosexual women of all races, creeds & colors. (White’s greatest political fear - that the would-be oppressed will inflict vengeance upon the oppressor - plays a lesser role in the satire.)

Freud was Right: Sex is the Basis of White Psychology

The usual White infantile approach to sexual feelings made manifest by the White inability to communicate desires to others without the need for alcohol - exacerbated by the belief that sexual intercourse is merely an end in itself, rather than also a means to an end.

Skinny White girls are presented as the supreme subjects of male lust; revealing White sexual monomania and volitional lack of variety - despite the latter being the spice of life. It is almost as if Whites think spouting their sexual obsessions in public makes them feel better about being sexually-neurotic in private; helping Whites make their psychological problems actually seem normal and natural - at least to them.

The basis for truly satisfying sex is never explored nor dramatized; leaving the audience panting for the same satisfactions as the central characters - with just the same negative results.

The virtues of monogamy are also never spelled out. In any case, most here would be unable to fully apply themselves to serious relationships; having such meager personalities and characters.

Are White men so sexually-incontinent because of a lack of sexual ability? Or because they lack any genuine motivation to experience the breadth and the depth of sexual experience? Or is it the simple lack of opportunity inherent in a sexually-repressed culture?

That these characters have never grown up is a tad depressing - but only to be expected from a culture that believes people never really grow up but, instead, just get better at hiding their immaturity: Strengthening their defenses as a substitute for successful ontogeny. One can only conclude that the underlying problem here is a basic lack of human warmth - along with the lack of a genuine sense of humor.

A terrifyingly-mediocre sex comedy that is not as good as American Pie - and that wasn’t all that great. No wonder most pornography is produced and consumed by White males, if their sexual lives are anything as dull, as insular and as narcissistic as this.

Once a Prostitute, Always a Prostitute

Summary: Fine Summation of White sexual disaffection.

Interesting film about the White male dislike of White women which successfully explores the fact that this leads White women to live double lives in order to have any emotional satisfactions at all.

The emotional dissociation from pleasure and the anhedonia of the characters are well-presented and explain why prostitution (like its sister activity, pornography) should be so prevalent in an allegedly sexually-liberated Western culture.

The central issue here, becomes not that ones daughter is a prostitute, but that she wants to discover what others fear and avoid: A full life. The fact that she has made a dangerous choice is irrelevant to the fact that she feels the need to make such a choice - despite the obvious, extra-cultural alternatives.

Marine VACTH’s character tries to understand why sex is a problem for Whites yet, in the process, merely discovers White male lust as a substitute for desire - from which she cannot discover her true feminine self; leaving her as anhedonic as before. As an actress, VACTH captures the duality of her character effortlessly - along with the baleful affects of the White need for a pornography from which Whites learn their sexual behaviors.

The problem with this film is that it does not roam outside its own culture to discover a better way for people to live their sexual lives; something Whites clearly believe is impossible since Whites do not believe they can learn anything useful from anyone not White; giving the clear sense, here, of characters trapped in a social abyss of their own making.
